The website helps patients review available laboratory services and contact B-LAB. Test descriptions, prices, preparation advice, and turnaround estimates may change. B-LAB confirms the current details before collection or payment. Website information is not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician.
Bookings and payment
Submitting a request does not itself confirm an appointment. B-LAB confirms availability, collection arrangements, and the payable amount. If online checkout is enabled, payment is made through a third-party payment provider. We do not ask patients to disclose a card PIN, wallet PIN, or bank password to B-LAB staff.
Specimens and reports
Patients should provide accurate contact and preparation information and follow the instructions given for each test. A specimen may require recollection if it is unsuitable for testing. Reports are released after laboratory review and should be interpreted with a qualified healthcare professional.
Cancellations and privacy
Refunds and home collection fees are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Personal and health information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact us for any booking, payment, or report concern.
