When you contact us, book a test, or receive laboratory services, we may collect your name, contact details, collection address, requested tests, specimen and clinical information needed for testing, payment reference, and messages you send us. Patient reports and access credentials are handled through our laboratory systems.
How we use it
We use this information to arrange collection, perform and report tests, communicate about your order, issue receipts, handle support or complaints, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We share information with laboratories or service providers only as needed to deliver the requested service, process payment, or comply with law.
Payments and reports
When online payment becomes available, payment details will be entered on the payment provider’s secure checkout. B-LAB will receive payment status and transaction references, not your card number, wallet PIN, or bank password. Released reports require the private Report ID and Access PIN supplied to the patient.
Storage and your choices
We use access controls and technical safeguards for laboratory records. We retain records for operational and legal requirements and then dispose of them securely. To request access, correction, or information about your records, contact us using the details below; we may verify your identity before responding. Avoid sending sensitive medical information through the public contact form.
