No physical shipping
B-LAB provides diagnostic laboratory services rather than shipped retail goods. No parcel shipping fee or courier delivery applies to website test bookings.
In-lab and home collection
Patients may visit our Winder laboratory for available tests. Home or outside-laboratory specimen collection is arranged only after B-LAB confirms the address, service area, date, preparation requirements, and the initial non-refundable booking fee. The preferred time submitted by a patient is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
Results and delays
Estimated turnaround times vary by test and specimen condition. We provide the expected timing at booking or collection and notify patients when a change affects delivery. Released reports may be collected at the laboratory or accessed through the secure patient report service using the Report ID and private Access PIN issued on the receipt.
